They were also more than willing to give extra breaks as an accommodation if needed, as someone with sensory over-load it was really helpful. Decently long, you can choose between 15-30 minute breaks, and are able to leave the building to grab food if you need or go into your car. The breaks were good, they are very flexible on breaks, just ask and depending on how good everything is going they’ll just say yes. It was especially nice because I have a bad back and knees, and am not always able to stay standing for too long. It’s what you’d expect it to be, watching dogs, cleaning up after them, feeding them etc I enjoyed that they weren’t too strict about staying up on your feet, and you’re allowed to sit down and cuddle with the dogs as long as you are doing what you need to do. I had a lot of fun working at City Paws, I loved my job and I loved coming in and working.
